To receive real-time updates on system uptime and any incidents, please visit our status page at https://status.seekinsights.com/. You have the option to subscribe to email notifications for each incident, keeping you informed on issue response and resolution. The same information can also be found on our status website (https://status.seekinsights.com/).
Subscribe to Email Updates
To sign up for email updates on a specific incident, click on the incident and then select the green "Subscribe" button at the bottom of the Incident page. We have even included a simulated incident for training purposes. Refer to the screenshot below to easily locate the green subscribe button.
