Side Panel + Breadcrumb Navigation Enhancements

We are thrilled to introduce significant enhancements to our navigation system. These improvements offer various cognitive benefits, such as reducing cognitive load by providing consistency and predictability. The side panel offers a fixed location for navigation elements. By keeping the navigation in a side panel, we aim to declutter the main content area, allowing you to focus on your tasks without distractions.

This design best supports your spatial memory aiding you in remembering where everything is located. Breadcrumbs offer a clear path back to previous pages or sections, helping you understand your current location and retrace your steps if needed. Additionally, breadcrumbs provide a direct path back to higher-level pages, saving time and clicks compared to using the back button repeatedly.

We believe these navigation enhancements will significantly improve your experience, making Insight Cloud more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.

Upload Report Logo

Are you frequently creating custom reports in Insight Cloud? Do you often supplement your Business Analytics Apps with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Alteryx, or PowerBI? We have great news for you!

Introducing the ability to add a custom logo to your reports upon creation. Now, you can easily identify your custom reports on your My Reports page by adding a unique 200 x 200 logo of your choice.

Enhance the visibility and organization of your reports today with this new feature. Happy reporting!

User Initials

With this latest update, users' images will now showcase their initials in the top right corner of the screen and within their account settings. This feature adds a personal touch to your presence in Insight Cloud, making it simpler to differentiate your user profile from others.

Stay tuned, the ability to upload a user photo is coming soon.

App Catalog

We've enhanced Seek's internal App Catalog to improve management and administration for our internal Customer Success team. This upgrade lays the groundwork for a future externally facing App Catalog that would allow App Development Partners to manage their published Apps on Insight Cloud.

The catalog now captures essential metadata—such as industry vertical, use case, publisher, data provider, retailer, library section, and marketing content—ensuring better searchability and visibility of business applications. Currently, this feature is available to Internal Seek Employees, but we're preparing for future enablement for our App Partners.

Luminate Data Feed Alerts

At Seek, we're committed to providing reliable and up-to-date business insights. To enhance this capability, we've introduced proactive internal alerts for our customer success managers, ensuring the health of our Seek Luminate Data Feeds. With Seek, you can trust that we're diligently monitoring your Walmart Luminate Data Feeds. These internal alerts are the first step toward future in-app notifications. Stay tuned for continued improvements to our Insight Cloud Platform.

Variant Runs: Success/Failure Alerts

Introducing proactive internal alerts for App Variant Runs! App Variants let you set unique parameter values for your App Models, ensuring relevant insights are ready when you need them. If an App Variant fails to run at its scheduled time, our customer success managers receive alerts about the issue. This enhancement ensures the health of your App Variant Runs and lays the foundation for future user-facing in-app alerts. Stay tuned for more improvements to our Insight Cloud Platform.

We're excited about these enhancements and believe they will greatly improve your experience with Insight Cloud. As always, we appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to innovate and deliver value to our users.

Thank you for being a part of the Insight Cloud community!

Best Regards,

Amy Luckette
