What are "My Apps?"
Here you will find all of the Apps that you have access to displayed in the following categories: Favorites, Enriched Apps, Apps, Demos, and My Reports. 
Your Apps may be in the following statuses:

Pending Install: An App that you are subscribed to and have full access to but are waiting on an Admin or Engineer to hook it up to your database via the "Install Wizard." This status is indicated via a blue "Pending Install" chip on the App card.

Active: An App that you are subscribed to have full access to and is fully hooked up to your database.
